Emmanuela Abraham

Emmanuela Abraham is second year Advanced Standing MSW/MPH candidate. She received her bachelor’s degree in May 2020 from Bowie State University in Bowie, Maryland. Prior to her graduate career, Emmanuela has worked with adult and pediatric populations in schools, transitional housing, department of social services, hospital, and primary care facilities. She is currently a 2021-2022 LEND Trainee and was a 2020-2021 Edith M. Baker Integrated Health Care Fellow. Emmanuela aspires to work with immigrant children, adolescents, and their families to bridge the gap between these communities and mental health to assist in adapting to the US and allow them an opportunity to achieve their own American dream.
