CHANGE
The Children’s Hospital Advisory Network for Guidance and Empowerment (CHANGE) is a youth led and youth driven initiative that advises youth, families, and professionals about the transition process. It works to ensure successful transition to adult lives for individuals who have faced transitional barriers in healthcare.

The Autism Connection of PA aims to be a lifeline and hub for families and adults, providing support, information, and advocacy.
Heritage Out-of-School Time (HOST)
HOST provides out of school time care to students in grades K-8 in the Pittsburgh region.

Mighty Penguins Sled Hockey operates therapeutic and competitive ice hockey programs for the benefit of physically disabled individuals in Pennsylvania and adjacent areas.
