The LEND Program of Pittsburgh and the Temple University UCEDD (University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities) visited PA Congressman Doyle’s office on 11/20 as part of the AUCD Annual Meeting activities to thank Congressman Doyle for his leadership in co-sponsoring the Autism Cares Act. This bill reauthorizes federal autism-related programs for the next five years and provides funding for research, early detection, and treatment to help children and adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
