Jillian Malo

Jillian Malo is a second-year Doctor of Audiology student at the University of Pittsburgh. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communication Sciences and Disorders from James Madison University and graduated with honors in May of 2018. During her undergraduate career, Jillian worked as a Resident Advisor and formed meaningful relationships with diverse groups of students. She has enjoyed working as a Behavioral Support Therapist for children with special needs utilizing applied behavior analysis. Jillian is pursuing a career in pediatric audiology and is interested in working with children with special needs, specifically those with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Jillian is excited to be a LEND trainee for the 2020-2021 academic year. She is looking forward to growing her leadership skills, collaborating on an interdisciplinary team composed of individuals with similar goals, and engaging with children and families in the Pittsburgh area.
