Jay Lello is the LEND Research Coordinator.  He graduated with his Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Penn State University in 2020.  During his undergraduate education, Jay assisted with psychometric testing as part of a research study and after college worked in a bioengineering lab.  Jay is looking forward to joining the LEND team and using data and research to help provide assistance to upcoming leaders within the program.
